KVKK Information Notice
This Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data has been prepared within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, which regulates the procedures and principles to be complied with during the fulfillment of the obligation to inform pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Our Company has the status of “Data Controller” as defined under Law No. 6698. We attach utmost importance to the processing and storage of all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with our Company in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). Your personal data are processed within the scope set out below.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are obtained and stored for the purposes of conducting commercial activities, human resources practices, and security measures. For security purposes, visitor records are kept at building entrances, and open and closed areas are monitored by security cameras.
To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of our Company’s activities and in compliance with the relevant legislation, to our domestic and international affiliates, suppliers, customers, public or private institutions or organizations, or other third parties.
Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
For the purpose of carrying out our Company’s activities, your personal data are collected and stored verbally, in writing, and electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject Set Forth in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
• By submitting a written application to our Company, pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may request:
• To learn whether your personal data are processed,
• If processed, to request information regarding such processing, the purpose of processing, and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• To learn the identity of third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, and to request notification of the transactions carried out by our Company in this regard to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and,
• To request compensation for damages in case you suffer losses due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
As stipulated under Law No. 6698, you may exercise the above-mentioned rights as of 07.10.2016.
